📄 United Voices – Founding Delegates & Council Formation

Purpose

As we take the first steps in establishing United Voices, we are forming a Founding Delegate Council—a global assembly of early contributors who will help shape the vision, structure, and foundational documents of our movement.

The Council will embody our core commitment to democratic participation, transparency, and international inclusivity. It will serve as the initial governance structure during our formative phase.

Objectives of the Founding Delegate Council

🗳️ Participate in governance — guide the drafting of the United Voices Constitution, Manifesto, and Charter.
🧭 Strategic direction — identify key goals, priorities, and next steps for growing the movement.
🌍 Representation — ensure global diversity by involving members from a wide range of countries and regions.
🤝 Outreach and Advocacy — represent United Voices online and offline in public spaces, platforms, and communities.
🛠️ Operational roles — assist in content creation, translation, web development, visual identity, and community management.

Delegate Roles and Structure

Delegates may serve in any of the following functions based on skillset or interest:

Regional Delegate – Represent your geographic region, help grow UV in your local language/community.
Media & Messaging – Assist in writing, editing, and distributing official materials, posts, and press releases.
Research & Policy – Contribute to policy development, ideation, and thought leadership.
Design & Branding – Support visual content, posters, logos, and website/media design.
Technical Support – Assist with digital tools, websites, social platforms, or data management.
Outreach & Partnerships – Build connections with other movements, organizations, and influencers.

Becoming a Delegate

Interested individuals should complete a short Delegate Interest Form that includes:

Name (or preferred alias)
Region or country of residence
Why you want to help build United Voices
Relevant skills or interests
Links (optional): social media, past work, writing, etc.

The form will be available on https://unitedvoiceswf.univer.se and shared across our platforms soon.

Expectations of Delegates

Participate in periodic council discussions (Discord or virtual meetings).
Vote on major decisions and documents.
Help organize campaigns, events, or media releases.
Remain aligned with UV’s values of equality, cooperation, democracy, and transparency.
Serve as a liaison between the global UV movement and their region or network.
